NEW YORK CITY—Executive leaders from a diverse range of geographic, ethnic and organizational backgrounds in the Greater New York area are making their final preparations for graduation from The Leadership Fellows Program. Offered by The New York City Leadership Center, this ground-breaking initiative has a proven record for accelerating leadership development and bringing lasting change to our communities. According to director Dee Ann Boyd, the program is “a highly interactive journey where best practices are taught and innovation fostered.”
Through their nine-month course, The Leadership Fellows Program offers exceptional faith-based management training to Christian social sector and ministry leaders serving in executive positions. The program encourages innovative approaches and increased organizational performance levels. More importantly, it enhances the leadership skills of those who participate.
Applications for the 2013-2014 Leadership Fellows Program are now being accepted online at www.nycleadership.com. Church leaders, school superintendents, hospital CEOs, etc. — influencers within the non-profit and ministry sectors are encouraged to apply. Meetings are held monthly from October through June.
