This will mark Kingdom Racing’s third full season of INDYCAR competition and seventh appearance at the Indianapolis 500.

“We are ready for the 2014 race season to get started, and I am happy to be back with Sam, Ric and Simon. Our last two seasons with Simon behind the wheel were very successful, as he placed third in 2013 and fifth in 2012 in the championships. We are excited to announce our new partners for the team, and we continue to work very hard on learning more about the DW12 to achieve a championship in 2014,” said Davey Hamilton, Kingdom Racing’s Co-owner.

This season, Kingdom Racing plans to host multiple ministry events, festivals and appearances throughout the United States. Kingdom Racing will continue to reach thousands of people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Trackside Fan Festivals, Infield Ambassadors, Miles of Smiles ministries, and other events in partnership with churches and ministries.

“It is incredible that 2014 will mark Kingdom Racing’s seventh year with Davey Hamilton and our third full season of competition in the INDYCAR Series. There are many miles to run as we are aiming for a championship in 2014, for God’s glory!” said George Del Canto, Kingdom Racing’s Founder.

About Davey Hamilton:
Davey’s racing career almost ended on June 9, 2001 following a devastating crash at the Texas Motor Speedway. After 23 operations and two years of rehabilitation, Davey returned to INDYCAR racing at the 91st running of the Indianapolis 500 in May 2007, finishing ninth. Davey’s strong faith and determination to once again race in the 500 were instrumental in securing a partnership with Kingdom Racing which endures to this day. Through Davey’s efforts, major companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Microsoft, Valspar, and Charter Communications have received successful results sponsoring his INDYCAR teams.

About Kingdom Racing:
Kingdom Racing’s mission is to Deliver God’s Word Through Motorsports. In 2008, Kingdom Racing made history as the first faith-vision team to ever compete in the Indianapolis 500. To date, they have six years of proven race performance in the INDYCAR Series with drivers including Davey Hamilton, Simon Pagenaud, and Martin Plowman. Their unique approach combines racing and ministry outreach with the goal of reaching one million men for Jesus Christ.
